1. Cooling-off overview
Consumers enrolling in paid training may have statutory withdrawal rights under the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc. (E-Commerce Act) and related regulations. This policy supplements those rights with our operational process.
2. Eligibility window
Where statutory fourteen-day cooling-off applies to remote contracts, you may withdraw within fourteen days from the date of contract conclusion without giving reasons, unless an exception applies because service performance began with your express prior consent.
3. Partial performance and deductions
If you requested early access to digital materials or attended sessions before withdrawal within the cooling-off period, we may deduct reasonable compensation corresponding to the supplied portion, calculated in good faith and documented in the enrollment confirmation.
4. Non-refundable items
Customized enterprise engagements, bespoke travel already booked in your name, or third-party fees already paid on your behalf may be non-refundable to the extent permitted by law. We will itemize any such components before payment.
5. How to request a refund
Email hello@merge-zonenet.digital with your full name, program name, payment reference, and reason (optional). We respond within five business days with confirmation and next steps.
6. Processing timeline and method
Approved refunds are initiated within ten business days using the original payment path where technically possible; otherwise we coordinate an alternative traceable method.
7. Cancellations by Merge Zonenet and exceptions
If we cancel a cohort, you may choose a full refund or a dated transfer. Force majeure events may delay programs without penalty; where delays exceed ninety days, you may request a refund. This policy does not limit non-waivable statutory consumer rights in Korea.
