1. Agreement to terms
By accessing merge-zonenet.digital or attending paid programs operated under the Merge Zonenet brand, you agree to these General Terms. If you disagree, discontinue use of the site and do not register for programs.
2. Services described
Merge Zonenet provides professional training workshops, cohort materials, and related educational content. Informational pricing on the site does not constitute an offer capable of acceptance until a separate written agreement or enrollment confirmation is issued.
3. Accounts and communications
When you submit forms, you warrant that your contact details are accurate. You agree to receive operational messages about programs you enroll in. Marketing messages, if any, will respect the preferences and lawful bases described in our Data Protection statement.
4. Intellectual property
Curriculum files, templates, slide decks, and site copy remain the property of Merge Zonenet or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use materials for internal learning during the program window unless a wider license is expressly granted in writing.
5. Participant responsibilities
Participants must follow safety instructions for on-site modules, respect confidentiality of peer examples shared in sessions, and refrain from recording when facilitators declare a module off-record. Disruptive conduct may result in removal without refund except as stated in the Money-Back Policy.
6. Liability limits
To the fullest extent permitted under the law of the Republic of Korea, Merge Zonenet is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the site or participation in training. Direct damages are limited to the fees paid for the specific program giving rise to the claim during the twelve months preceding the event.
7. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Gangwon-do shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections that may direct disputes elsewhere for eligible consumers.
8. Changes and contact
